All the TEACHING trainings are 1 day workshops. Bars Run is a pre-requisite for all the other classes. B.  Access Energetic Facelift class is another hands-on method from Access Consciousness. Here the target is more upper Heart, Neck, Face & Head. Clearing it from all kind of projections, conclusions, expectations, judgements, rejections, and others kinds of energies and stories staged around the face. Wonderful one day  training class to get another tool to support your clients or yourself to clear & clean the energies. What face are you showing and what face you Body likes to present?

C.  Access Body Process class is another hands-on method from Access Consciousness. Here the target the whole Body. Body Process is an more deeper cleansing process.
