Becoming  and Being more centered in MINDFULNESS:

MINDFULNESS is the awareness of our Beingness and living in the present moment. A way that time disappears and something magical and mystical can appear.  One thing at the same time!

"A CLOUD never DIES" revers of the circles of life. Where ever you are feel the Inter-Connectivity and the COMMUNION with all the Elements and the EARTH. Drink your tea - In order to drink tea!

Fruits of MINDFULNESS (instead of full mind ahead):

- Frog lessness! (put a frog on a tablet he will jump away, reduce your monkey, JUMPING Mind…)

- I am Arrived, I am Home! Be connected with your body, the Source of Knowing.

- Inter-Being! I am because you are!  This is because of that!

Learning to look deeply in the Nature of  Mind, the Inter-Being!

BECOMING & BEING the Insight of Inter-Are with everything!

Encounter with a approximately 250 years old tree in Rainforest / Australia (2025) with an aura more than 10 meter.  Likewise a sentient being giving blessings....!

Question to ask yourself to create different & more Awareness about life as it is:

What are the roots of our own suffering?

What’s about wrong perceptions and rigid mental formations?

How to switch off the NON-STOP-THINKING radio?

Which emotional / mental program is running you?

Observe when mental formations got manifest (it is not about good/bad, right/wrong…)

Do you need to remove a (painful) thorn NOW?

Don’t cling to them or push them away. Simply recognize those mental formations!

Pay attention in the way of Mindfulness and with a transformational attitude.

Are you caught in something?

Have I left myself behind?

How to become capable not to waste my time?

Are you passing your Views on others?

What I like to be engage in?

...................................................................

How to cause happiness?

What else is possible, we all could choose?

From the conventional truth you need & risk the mind of separation!

Slowly penetrate in the ultimate truth without conflict and disharmony!

The future is made by one substance: The Presence. If you know the presence you know the future. If you want to change the future; change yourself now!

With despair, worries and anger etc. you will not have a good future; but also accept at the same time the possibility that the human beings are distinctly.

Becoming and Being more centered in HEARTFULNESS:

How did the rose

Ever open its heart

And give to this world

All its beauty?

It felt the encouragement of light

Against its Being

Otherwise,

We all remain

Too Frightened                            – Hafiz     (c.1320 – 1389)

How do we define or capture "HEARTFULNESS"’?

One possible definition is that heartfulness is a state of being where the centre or locus of control is the heart; not the physical heart as a pumping station of blood, but the ‘spiritual’ heart as the guiding principle in one’s life.  So often, the intellect is less of the determining force in our personal interactions and decision-making. We ‘refer to the heart’ when deciding matters of a more personal nature – including matters that are moral or spiritual – rather than the mind.

One definition of heartfulness is the concept of ‘transcendence’ coming from the Hindu tradition. Another from Sanskrit that refers to heartfulness as the cosmic sound of the Truth. A further definition, is that of ‘compassionate mindfulness’. In various different contexts, another significant dimension of this concept of heartfulness has implied being more connected to the self, or the Higher Self and with everything and everyone.

For Professor Jon Kabat-Zinn the distinction between mindfulness and heartfulness – between heart and mind – is not so disparate as would often be presumed. Furthermore, it has been asserted that in many Eastern languages (including Sanskrit, Tibetan and Chinese), the words for heart and mind are in fact synonymous.
